  • Hartford West End Mindfulness Meditation Meetup – this group offers secular meditation through a non-profit, Tara Shedrup’s Hartford West End Mindfulness Center (HMC) and Buddhist meditation and dharma study through Hartford Karma Thegsum Choling Buddhist Center (Hartford KTC).
